A: Nexstmall.com offers free shipping for orders above HK$500.

Q: In the Nexstmall.com, is an invoice issued?

A: Nexstmall.com does not issue invoices for all products. The shipping slips will be delivered with your order, please open the box to find the shipping slip.

A: It is not, if you would like to order this product, please submit an order and make payment at check-out.

Q: Why is my transaction closed?

A: Once you submitted your order and the order is not paid after 30 minutes, the system will automatically close your transaction. To order items, please pay as soon as possible.

Q: If I do not wish to purchase the goods that I have already paid for, can I cancel my order?

A: After the order is completed, NexstMall will not accept any order cancellation or changes. Please check your order details again and again before checking out.

If the order / item contains engraving, please contact NexstMall customer support team for order cancellation or changes within 24 hours after placing order. If there is no inquiry received with 24 hours, order will be confirmed automatically. Then NexstMall will not accept any order cancellation or changed except due to missing accessories, wrong specifications or factory problem. You can only request a return / exchange with three working days after receiving the goods.

Q: If my order / goods need to be engraving, how long does it take to ship?

A: Because engraving is a custom option, your order requires a series of additional steps, including design, engraving and inspection. It takes around 7 to 14 working days.

Q: How can I request the refund after order is successfully cancelled?
